Workforce Development for Employers
The College partners with Central Pennsylvania Regional Employers and Workforce Investment Boards to present courses, customized training programs, and certificates to improve productivity and job performance, enhance communications, and upgrade critical technical skills for employees.

Customized Training. To meet our continuing mission to provide well-trained employees for Pennsylvania’s workforce, arrangements can be made for customized training for your company at your work site or on campus. The College provides customized job training according to your specific needs for your current workforce and training of new workers.
