Dr. Kesha Morant Williams Again Named to City & State PA’s Black Trailblazers List 

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology is pleased to celebrate Dr. Kesha Morant Williams, Vice President of Academic Affairs, on her selection to City & State Pennsylvania’s Black Trailblazers list again in 2026. This distinguished honor highlights the most impactful Black Pennsylvanians driving meaningful change across the Commonwealth, and Dr. Morant Williams’ inclusion is a testament to her tireless work advancing educational equity and opportunity. 

In her role at Thaddeus Stevens College, Dr. Morant Williams oversees a broad portfolio that spans academic programs, admissions, financial aid, student success initiatives, K-16 partnerships, and continuing education. Her work sits at the heart of the College’s mission: removing barriers and building pathways that allow students from all backgrounds to access transformative, hands-on technical education.  

Dr. Morant Williams holds a doctorate in health and relational communication from Howard University and has built a distinguished record of service to equitable higher education. Her contributions have been recognized through numerous honors in recent years, reflecting the depth of her impact both within the College and across the broader community. 

Her leadership has helped position Thaddeus Stevens College as a model for workforce-focused education, with industry-experienced faculty, robust hands-on learning, strong core education, and employer partnerships that consistently support an exceptional outcome of graduates working in their field and pursuing continuing education – 97 percent! 

City & State PA’s Black Trailblazers recognition honors individuals whose professional excellence and community dedication are shaping Pennsylvania’s future, qualities that Dr. Morant Williams brings to the Bulldog community every day.
