To view your account and see details regarding meal plans, financial aid, etc. you will need to use the College’s Self-Service system.
You used the Admissions portal to submit your application to Thaddeus Stevens College and as a current student you will use Self Service!
Your stevenscollege.edu email and log in were sent shortly after you were offered admission to the college.

Paying Your Bill
Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology accepts payments via our online portal system, in person at our Business Office, and via U.S. Mail.
Payment is due on/prior to the Monday before the first day of classes.
Please find payment due dates listed below:
Summer Session = June 21, 2027
Fall Semester 2027 = August, 16, 2027
Spring Semester 2028 = January 11, 2028

Financial Aid
To be eligible for federal, state, and institutional financial aid, including the Federal Direct Loan, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Thaddeus Stevens College has a preferred FAFSA deadline of April 1, 2026. The FAFSA can be completed online via: studentaid.gov. Our school code is 014990.
Your financial aid information will be sent to the Office of Financial Aid after the FAFSA has been processed. Once the Office of Financial Aid reviews your information, you will be able to see outstanding requirements, or your financial aid package.
