Bulldogs Make History at NJCAA Cross Country Championship 

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology is celebrating an unforgettable finish to a remarkable season as the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams delivered standout performances at the NJCAA Cross Country Championship in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Battling snow, wind, and tough terrain, the Bulldogs showed extraordinary determination and represented the College with pride on the national stage. 

The Men’s Team secured a fourth-place finish, marking the program’s highest national ranking in the last 20 years. Their performance showcased both individual excellence and the collective strength of a team that has been building momentum all season. 

Men’s Individual Results 

  • Tristan Weaver: 6th Place (27:36), All-American; East Region 2025 Athlete of the Year 
  • Wyatt Tomison: 13th Place (28:36), All-American 
  • Kolin Long: 15th Place (28:38), All-American 
  • Cadel Barber: 40th Place (30:11) 
  • Logan Gebhard: 51st Place (31:00) 

On the women’s side, Tyliyah Diaz-Cruz delivered a powerful performance, finishing 2nd overall in the Women’s Championship with a time of 20:32, earning All-American honors and capping off an exceptional season of growth and grit. 

The team’s success reflects the leadership and commitment of Head Coach Matt Robinson, who was named East Region 2025 Men’s Coach of the Year. His guidance has propelled both teams to new heights, breaking long-standing records and setting a foundation for continued excellence. 

This season will be remembered as one of the most historic in program history. From climbing the rankings to earning national recognition, the Bulldogs demonstrated what is possible when talent, hard work, and resilience come together.
