This in-depth training program offers a well-rounded curriculum that equips students with the critical skills and knowledge necessary for a rewarding career in IT support. Through a combination of hands-on instruction, practical exercises, and real-world applications, students will build expertise in a variety of essential areas, including customer service, PC hardware and support fundamentals, operating systems, networking, LAN cabling, WAN technologies, and Microsoft Office. The program is designed to be fast-paced and dynamic, ensuring students are prepared to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving IT landscape. With a strong focus on job readiness, students will not only develop technical proficiency but also gain the interpersonal and customer service skills required in IT support roles. Upon completion, students will have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Tech +, and MS900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals further enhancing their qualifications and boosting their career prospects in the IT support field.
Outcomes
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT support fundamentals, including customer service, PC hardware, operating systems, networking, LAN cabling, WAN technologies, and Microsoft Office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues across a variety of IT systems and hardware.

Take your supervisory expertise to the next level with this 17-hour, Level 2 Certificate Program, designed for leaders looking to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Facilitated by one of Franklin Covey’s highly requested trainers, this course builds on the foundational principles of supervision, diving deeper into the PERFORM model to refine leadership abilities. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, peer collaboration, and real-world scenario analysis to strengthen key competencies, including leadership assessment, emotional intelligence, goal setting, time management, workplace civility, and conflict resolution. The curriculum also explores the DiSC model for adaptability, practical feedback techniques, coaching strategies using the GROW model, and motivation theories to drive team performance. Completion of all five classes is required for certification, and graduates will be eligible for the Master Supervisor Certification. This program is designed to empower supervisors with advanced skills to lead with confidence, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational success.

This comprehensive 17-hour certificate program is designed to enhance your supervisory abilities. Level 3: The Team Leader Certificate, “Reaching Your Leadership Potential” This 7-hour course (two half day sessions) provides supervisors the opportunity to explore ways to build a positive team environment using the 7 PERFORM tools. Students will examine the principles of Team Dynamics and Team Development. Case studies will be used to demonstrate the application and the impact of team leadership approaches on team performance and productivity.
Level 4: Problem Solving Certificate, “Thinking Outside the Box” is 10 ½ – hour course that focuses on finding creative solutions for everyday work process problems. The three half day sessions include Critical Thinking: Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making.

Know the “Playbook”!
Supervisors and Managers need to be prepared for employee workplace situations that may need to be passed on quickly before they catch fire. This course helps Supervisors become the company’s first line of defense from many legal actions.
Outcomes
- In this class, you will learn how to stay on the right side of the law, wage and hour discrimination, pregnancy and more. Other topics include drugs in the workplace, when a band-aid won’t do-employee injuries, how to CYA and the value of employee coaching.
