Welcome to the start of your college journey! As you are preparing for an exciting new chapter this fall, we’ve put together a summer checklist to help you get ready for the year ahead!
From submitting your final, official high school transcript to finalizing financial aid and registering for orientation, these steps will ensure you’re fully equipped for a smooth transition into college life. Let’s make this summer count!
Fall 2026 Check List
Financial Aid
- Apply for financial aid.
- Complete requested steps.
- View additional information regarding your aid on Self Service.
Student Accounts
- Complete financial responsibility acknowledgement.
- Please find our How To Guide here on how to accept/complete the financial responsibility statement!
- View additional information regarding your student account on Self Service.
Health Services
- Complete and submit your health services form.
Submit photo for Campus ID
- Photo submissions should be sent to studentaccounts@stevenscollege.edu
- Looking for guidance on what we are looking for in your photo submission? Find additional information here!
Incoming Student Survey
- Complete your student survey here.
- Continue to monitor your email for outreach from our academic coaches with follow up and connecting for a time to meet and discuss your survey!
Housing/Residence Life
- Complete housing form and housing process.
- The housing form will be available for incoming fall 2026 students in April 2026.
- Continue to monitor your stevenscollege.edu email and portal for additional information.
Please note that those interested in living on campus will be required to follow additional steps from the residence life team. Students should monitor their stevenscollege.edu email for updates/additional information from our residence life team.

Outlook
Thaddeus Stevens College student emails are accessed via Outlook! A good way to remember your email is to download the app so you have easy access on your mobile device!
Canvas
This is your Thaddeus Stevens College learning management system! Canvas will allow you to manage upcoming assignments, stay up to date with course content, and view assignment grades.
Cengage*
Some of our courses will use textbooks from Cengage. If you enjoy audiobooks over reading a textbook, you may find this app helpful!

Attend June Orientation
- June dates are assigned by major. More information on June dates can be found here!
Final, Official High School Transcript
- Submit a final, official high school transcript to the admissions office.
- Transcripts must come from the high school and include final GPA, graduation date, and signature (if listed).
Purchase Items for Residence Life

Pay your Fall 2026 Tuition
- Please note the college will bill by semester.
- As a rule of thumb, the first tuition payment is due one week prior to the start of classes.
- Fall 2026 classes begin August
- The first tuition payment for Fall 2026 is due August 17
Attend August Orientation
August Orientation
- Incoming students are required to attend both their assigned June date and August 20 and August 21.
