2025 All-Seaboard Conference Football Honors  

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology is proud to celebrate the student-athletes and coaching staff recognized in the 2025 All-Seaboard Conference football honors. From individual awards to All-Conference selections, this season’s recognitions reflect the talent and team spirit that define Bulldog football. 

Individual Award Winners 

Dorian Smith earned the highest individual honor of the season, being named Conference MVP after a standout year on the field. On the defensive side, Cameron Simone had an extraordinary season, earning both Defensive MVP and Defensive Player of the Year honors. Simone’s numbers told the story of a dominant year: 35 tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 8 sacks, and a fumble recovery. Alejandro Abreu rounded out the individual award winners, earning Special Teams MVP recognition for his consistent contributions in every phase of the game. 

Head Coach Johnnie Hicks was named Conference Coach of the Year, an honor that speaks to the culture of excellence and accountability he has built within the program. 

All-Seaboard First Team 

Eleven Bulldogs earned First Team All-Seaboard Conference honors this season: Matthew Eisenhower, Andre Gordon, Cam Hawick, Ryder Kyle, Hunter McConnell, Charles Palumbo, Cameron Simone, Dorian Smith, Ryan Souder, Tyrique Thornton-Trice, and Luca Villa.  

All-Seaboard Second Team 

Thirteen additional student-athletes earned Second Team recognition: Tajae Broadie, Sqy Featherstone, Dustin Flynn, Jayden Green, Osmany Guzman, Bo Hiller, Luke Kime, Austin Kurtz, John Mogish, Mekhi Newman, Victor Schlosser, Abu Tholley, and Jason Williams.

The grit and determination these student-athletes bring to every game mirrors what they bring to the classroom and the lab. At Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, student success is measured in many ways, and this season’s All-Seaboard honors are a proud reflection of what Bulldogs are capable of when they commit to excellence.
