Recap: Spring 2024 Career Fairs

Our Spring 2024 Career Fairs were held in person, on campus, and mask-free this year.

Total 2024 Recap:

• Total companies in attendance: 260 (many attended more than one event)
• Total employer representatives in attendance: 828
• Total alumni employer representatives: 100+
• Total student attendance: 1,120 (89% of student population)

Transportation Career Fair:

• Transportation Center: open to all first-and second-year students from Automotive, Collision Repair, and Diesel Technology programs
• 44 companies, 88 employer representatives

Second Year (Sophomore) Career Fair:

• Main Campus MAC Building: for students graduating in May and looking for full-time employment upon graduation. Open to all second-year students AND alumni.
• 145 companies attended, 383 employer representatives

First Year (Freshmen) Career Fair:

• Main Campus MAC Building: For students looking for summer internships/summer work experiences. Open to all first-year, pre-major, AND academics-only students.
• At the request of students, this was the first time first-year (Freshmen) students had a career fair event specifically for them
• 131 companies and 319 employer representatives registered

Masonry Construction Mini-Job Fair

• Additional job fair added specifically for our Masonry Construction first and second-year students.
• 18 companies, 20 employer representatives

In addition to full-time employment opportunities for our graduates, we are always looking for internship placements for current students over the summer and throughout the academic year.
